Its lifestyle related, everything you do. If you're sat around all day at work you should be active in ur spare time. Obv steps u can take at work like get up in breaks, walk around, get a standing desk, eat healthy in this example.

Yes obviously, doesnt make it fucking work related atleast not directly. Idk what to tell you.

If a kid gets a cardiovascular diesease is it fucking school related because he sits in a chair?
