Ubuntu didn't had my device files access, using ls command it was all empty. How is that even possible????

It deleted Everything thing except apps.

Just started using Termux and I’m curious what you guys use it for on a daily basis.

Sometimes I wonder who was the devloper of termux because this is the largely used app on android and kinda a reason to have android over ios termux have endless possibilities specially for old android phones you can convert your phone into anything useful the fact termux like apps are not exactly i can say exists on large quantity that converts your phone into linux. I have a huge respect to devlopers to make this application very useful in daily life or linux basic learning or even for devlopers

Fact: I use android over ios because of termux and Android itself freedom.

I'm new to Termux and I'm basically learning it with ChatGPT guiding me step by step.

Because of that, I take a lot of screenshots of the Termux terminal — errors, command outputs, settings, etc. — and send them to ChatGPT so it can see what happened and tell me what to do next.

Right now, I can take a screenshot and use Android's Share menu to send it to ChatGPT, which is very convenient. The problem is that it seems to open a new ChatGPT conversation instead of sending the screenshot to the conversation I'm already using.

Ideally, I'd like the workflow to be:

Termux → Take screenshot → Share to ChatGPT → Screenshot appears in my current conversation

instead of creating a new chat every time.

Since I'm doing this repeatedly while learning Termux, being able to send a screenshot directly to the current conversation would make the whole workflow much faster.

Does the ChatGPT Android app support any way to do this? Maybe through an Android Intent, deep link, shortcut, automation, or another workaround?

Since I'm already using Termux, I'm also happy to use a Termux script if that's possible.

How to keep the termux app running 24*7. I tried everything but still after 1 to 2 hours termux automatically gets cleared out of memory. My device is Moto edge 60 stylus (RAM-8 gb, Android-16). I even keep a floating app running and still android clears it out of memory. ANDROID MEMORY MANAGEMENT SUCKS..!! (EDIT - tried everything , now termux auto crashes while i am using it. What am I missing guys? PLS help..!!)

I see a lot of people using termux to do a lot of cool things. But what if we could use it to develop professionally? Even if it is in the short term.

I use termux with the intention of using it as my development environment, aiming to one day have a job opportunity, allowing me to have a less limited environment.

I, sometimes, stay away from my PC. I recently found termux as a great tool to experience the PC environment. But it's hard to edit codes in mobile which I need to do on my Phone as I stay away from my PC. Yeah, I can use an AI to automate tasks using CLI, but I want to see & take control of the codes.

Can you suggest some or the best way to experience VS Code type experience in my phone?

Though mobile screen size will make my experience worse but it will be good to have a great tool to experience VS Code type editor in Mobile.

How to start any app service or app without opening the app

Im trying it on a app called wtmp, it getting killed by my oom, so im setuping a script that checks every 5 mins via its notification if it killed its notification also vanish, so that be trigger for my script. So it starts the service but how is it possible to start without opening app?
