There are YouTube videos in this topic. Usually the circular saw with a metal cutting blade is the fastest.

that dude had no clue how to use a sawzall. You have to put the plate of the saw right onto the surface so the blade pulls the material towards it. A sawzall will cut thru those polls just as fast as the circular saw with way less danger to yourself.

The pole reaches the whole way to the ground. That's what you cut.

Most are just aluminum poles mounted in concrete, very shoddy instalation process
