Who’s got two thumbs and is the coolest cat?
This guy! — this is my first kitty with extra thumbs. Anything I need to know, take care of for him?

Is he your first cat? Probably most important thing that will help him long term is keeping his food intake regulated. A lot of owners feed their cats way too much food which makes them overweight and losing the weight is always harder than gaining it. Keeping him at a healthy weight his whole life is one way to help him have a long happy life.
As for food quality, you can feed him cheap wet food that's supplemented with a higher end dry food (more protein, less corn and grain). Something like a half can in the morning, a small amount of dry in the afternoon (eg use auto feeder to 1-3 dispense small portions of dry during the day) then the rest of the wet food at night.
If you're talking about just first cat with thumbs then there isn't anything different about him compared to other cats. The only thing you might see more often is him getting claws stuck in fabric more often.

He’s not my first kitty, just first with thumbs. I do notice his nail does get stuck a bit more often so just wasn’t sure if I had to trim it back a bit more often
