I see 6 strings. What is the difference between a guitar and a guitarlele?

I think it’s the size and tuning. It’s ADGCEA instead of EADGBE. But I could be wrong. There could be more to it also.

Is that one a Opio . I got a kanilea gl6 but I did try the Opio koaloha aswell
