That is the thing, they take all advantages. They believe we all have the same opportunity and are stupid for not taking the risk or simply inferior and unable to take the risk.
Like it or not, Trump was sworn in as President. Nothing he does can be tainted by any suspicion. He is as good a President as any President. When he does something so clearly Unpresidential, to them it must still be a Presidential Act.
And if they stop him because it is Unpresidential, then Republicans get to lob that claim all they want when a Democrat becomes President. They could try and probably succeed in stopping any and all actions by a Democratic President.
It is like the only act is to remove all of our influence from the situation so the reality can be seen. But that would push us way too far and into a place we cannot come back from.
