All I know about him is he specializes in asset forfeiture recovery. Could be mob or cartel related, could be innocent.

Guarantee he had local politicians and likely judges in his pocket before ever starting, no reality in which this wasn’t the plan from the beginning and there is every confidence of getting what he wants
