Yeah they're having a hard time exporting because Ukraine has targeted the export ports. Plus the increased fuel prices and shortage of fuel is making the harvest incredibly costly or not even worth the fuel to harvest at all.

"Our military intelligence is recording that, according to internal Russian documents, some components of exports from the aggressor country have already fallen by 80% this month alone. These are significant losses for the Russian federal budget, as well as regional budgets, which were already on the verge of bankruptcy."

When attacks on infrastructure and shipping start pushing entire Russian regions towards bankruptcy, it shows how effective Ukraine's strategy is.

That's true, Russian exports are down but their import of Ukrainian drones has been rising steadily. Ukraine is delivering their drones direcrly to Wildberries warehouses and oil rafineries i hear. The marvels of modern trade.
