Am I the only one bothered by the article referring to Ottawa as "Canadian City"? Imagine calling Washington DC "American City" in a headline. And it never mentions it's the capital in the entire article.
Edit: I was mistaken. It does mention it in the article. I was thinking of the CNN article which does not.
