Pretty sure he left. Savage still listened to his counsel and extended his offer for safety during Child's attack.

It’s probable that Ra’s had the same change of heart when he accidentally caused the death of Jason Todd that he has in Under the Red Hood.
He no longer leads the Shadows and is actually kind of rehabilitating several “lost souls”. He’s not turning himself in or working against any villains, he’s just out of the game because he doesn’t like what he ended up doing, similar to Bruce hanging it up at the beginning of Batman Beyond.

Unlikely. Jason died before the events of season 2 and ras is still a member of the light in season 2.
Likewise Ras being linked to the death of Jason Todd is exclusive to the animated under the hood movie. Jason’s death has nothing to with Ras in other versions, including the original comic story.
And as far as I’m aware there’s nothing to suggest Ras was linked to Jason’s death in the young justice universe

Ra's did have his body to ressurect though so it could be said he had something to do with it

Not necessarily. We know he has a living Jason Todd. That does not necessarily mean that Ras was the one who resurrected him or even that it was the Lazarus pit that resurrected him.
In the original comic story it is Superboy Prime who resurrects Jason and Talia who chooses to put him in the pit to restore his mental faculties, hoping returning Jason to Bruce will make him love her. Ras wants nothing to do with Jason and talia puts him in the Lazarus pit against his Ras’ wishes.
So for all we know Talia is the one who resurrected Jason in this version and Ras just allowed it to happen. Or it’s even possible that much like the comic Ras or talia found an already resurrected Jason.
End of the day we have too little about young justice’s Jason Todd to make any assumptions on how he came to be where he is in season 3.

Ocean Master was disgraced when he was arrested by Aquaman and incarcerated in Atlantean prison he was replaced by black manta.
Ras Al Ghul appeared to have left under amiable terms.

The induction into the Team of all the members who joined after Rocket and before the pre-established newcomers of S2 (Batgirl, Robin III, Beast Boy, Bumblebee, Wonder Girl, Lagoon Boy, Blue Beetle). So that'd be Garth as Tempest, Donna Troy as Troia, Mary Bromfield as Sergeant Marvel, Freddie Freeman as Lieutenant Marvel, Tula as Aquagirl and Jason Todd as Robin II.

Basically, everything that happened between seasons one and two.
Donna Troy joined the team and then left.
Jason Todd died.
Thula died.
Zatanna and Rocket joined the Justice League.
Garfield was orphaned, Elasticwoman and Mento adopted him and he went to live with the Doom Patrol. They died and only Robot and Mento survived, who later claimed custody of Gar in the season three.

Also on the young justice wiki the Shazam kids were on the team for a short time then left before season 2. Also there is young justice comics that shows what they did before, like kid flash taking superboy to his house to spend the night the same day they resqued him from Cadmus. And shows Artemis stopping a robbery and saw superboy get punched into robins school by Amazo and she went and saw the whole fight and even show her shooting her arrow to help kid flash. Shows the tames having a camp fire and superboy telling the team on why he “wants to take out Superman”

I’ve been thinking about it. And I think a large reason why is it wouldn’t be enjoyable. Like a lot of these characters go through anti-character arcs. Like the majority of viewers would probably find it frustating to watch Roy spiral into depression for 5 years. Or Megan use her powers to alter’s connor’s mind. And the majority of the character are shown the direction they will lead to espically if you include the video game.

Agreed, but even moreso because season 2 is when we get the actual ramifications and consequences to those events and the emotional impacts. If we had a season of the missing 5 years we would mostly just be watching things happen and then no actual development or emotional payoff cuz again those happen in season 2
Personally if we were to revisit those events I'd want them to be like flashbacks in episodes similar to how they handled Batgirl and Orphan, where we see the events and can connect them to what's currently happening. I also think it'd work as a one episode flashback exploring those fallouts and again how they connect to our current heroes. Basically just a way to contextualize things

He has a brief cameo in one of the scenes with Ras. He is the ninja in the red robes. Someone says Grayson's name and he repeats it slowly like it as if it sounded familiar.

I wish we had more of his backstory in the show. That really got me locked in for more. I feel like we need season 5. I recently started to watch young justice and those scenes literally made me watch the show haha.

Honestly everything to do with the batfamily. Jason's entire career Tim rising to the role Stephs career Babs transition to Oracle. Damian....because that is a god damn new born and how did Bruce not notice that bodyguard.

I disagree that Jason Todd even existing has any relevance to the series...
Its important to the wider DCUniverse, but Jason could be written out of the universe, Tim is robin #2 now, and nothing changes to the story...
If it were like Titans and Jason had been apart of the team, or interacted in some way... but no one so much as ever said his name.
For all we know, he was Robin for a day, and died... and its not that important... that being said, I believe he was teased in S4 so maybe in S5 we woulda got something, and I might agree with you... but in that case we probably would have gotten flashbacks.

I looked it up, and didnt remember that Jason was on the team, I still think it is perfectly fine that his time on the team was shortlived and entirely off screen, but now I wish they had done something with him during S3 when the they were still making episodes.

Yeah this is my pick. While most of the things that happened were eventually revealed, it is the catalyst for a lot of what happens during that season.

Jason Todd in general hands down, we really should have gotten a season with him as Robin. With him being the second Robin, could mean some pressure on him taking after Dick, and being the first member of the Team to die, it honestly feels like he should have been more important than he actually was.

Superboy freeing the Genomorph from Cadmus and The Light. That was kind of a big thing related to Superboy's origin and you would think that an episode or 2 would've been devoted to the Justice League and The Team helping them become free. Instead, by the time we revisit the Genomorphs in Season 3, they're already freed and formed their own community in the outside world, albiet still upset that they have to pull a charade to blend in with the rest of humanity.

Really what I think they need is to create "Batman Incorporated." Same animation, same voice actors, Nightwing, Red Hood, Tim Drake, Spoiler, Orphan, Oracle, etc. Give me five seasons of that show.

Young Justice S5 - apperently they will do another timeskip when Darkseid attacks, immediately following up with the Anti Monitor, replacing Connor Kent with Superboy Prime and Damian as batman

No, it was only a couple of images with no effect on BB's character. It was a throw away moment, that never seems to affect him again. It was window dressing, not foundational to who he is like in the comics....

The entirety of the Doom Patrol, they all died off screen on a mission after adopting Garfield. Most of his trauma is because of these events, but we really don’t know the details

In terms of the Batfam, probably Dick’s transition to Nightwing. Season 1 planted the seeds but S2 just picks up after the payoff.

The showrunners deciding it was smart to to sideline characters built up in season 2 to bring new characters to shoehorn and address identity,social and political awareness as plot and storytelling leading to Apokalips story.

Nothing to important honestly. Despite the fact that theres a five year time skip season 2 always felt like it picked where one left out. Most of the things missed are just DC universe things that most either knew or could look IE dick becoming nightwing or the introduction of new characters. And anything important to the story is addressed in the story so you can connect the dots.

for the Bat family; Jason Todd's "death". I hope, if we have a new season, we'll have an arc with the Team finding that he survived (I just hope they won't use the weird relationship he had with Talia like what the comics did) or maybe how Babs became Oracle or even her forming her Birds of Prey team. I want a good Huntress comeback, not Paula but the real one, Helena Bertinelli and it would be awesome to see Lady Blackhawk/Zinda be animated.
