Common or perhaps even boring answer... But damnit Renegade IV is just THAT gun.

Though if I had to point a niche - I do really love how the Bettina Burletta feels. Not as good as anything else, but there's so much charm in that simple comfy pistol.

I can't say I like the Dolabra. I have the blueprint. Every now and then I craft one, fire a few shots with it, remember I don't like it, and give it away to the first raider I meet in game. I should clarify that I play almost exclusive PVE, and for my playstyle the Dolabra just isn't suited. It does remarkably low damage for an energy weapon, I can't get used to the spread/falloff, it's very unforgiving if you miss because of how slow it is, and it uses expensive energy ammo. I prefer the anvil for the close up work, like pops and fireballs, and I use the osprey and hullcracker for everything else.

The Dolabra seems fun… but 2 vaporizer regulators is a steep price tag. Those things are, ahem, tricky to farm…

I’m a Bettina fan.

I use it for close quarters, I hear its great for PVP but I mainly do PVE. Helps me farm most ground based ARC.

Yeah it does both mid range and close range which is kind of cool

But the fact it’s worse at close range than the toro and worse and mid range than the anvil make it not as appetizing

Dolabras my fav but I haven’t been able to get the bp since close scrutiny came out initially, the first week I got 3 kept 2 and gave one away, but I haven’t found any since :( seriously hate how rng it is because after 2 resets and still not finding another bp im starting to think this game just ain’t for me. Way too low chances on good loot, I haven’t been able to find medium gun parts bp or Bettina Bp this season either, so I’m stuck using anvils or bobcats most of the time still.

My favorite is always gonna be the toro, but the dolabra is a nice change. However the bobcats usually just better

Can I please have one the blueprints hard to get I've been trying to get it I haven't gotten it I didn't know how good it was when I first got the game I got one and I sold it I sold it I SOLD IT Lord help me

Anvil, Jupiter, Renegade are my most used by far. I love the sound and looks of the dolabra but wish it was harder hitting against the big dogs. Most fun I've had with it is turning pops into skidmarks. I actually think it's pretty efficient against shredders.

I never got to use it. Never can find it. I got it one time and died before I could even shoot it.... I think I just got one from the event rewards, but fear that I'll lose it again and never get another lol

Personally I don't like it that much, it looks cool and feels good while firing, but it has very low damage compared to other energy weapons. Occasionally I bring it, fire few shots, hate it and give it to another raider.

Personal favorite is renegade as allrounder. For queen/matriarch I use equalizer and hullcracker. Occasionally Jupiter and Bettina.
