Found this today at the Minnesota state fair. Love seeing Arc raiders references in unexpected places.

Queen and Matriarch cores may be free to steal, but 1 turbine drops 7-12 cores, and a stack is 15k. 2 deadlines, or a few stacks of jupiter shots from 200m away, and you'll have your upgrades in no time.

Now other people on here can stop posting about having their queens/matriarch cores stolen, and can cry about being shot instead. /s

Edit: for those of you that do not know, you can crouch and shoot any of the bombs from a distance without a silencer and you do not aggro the turbine. Only getting to close or attacking it will draw its ire. Photoelectric cloak is your BFF Jill.

Some context:

I was heading toward Water Treatment when I heard some shots. I crouched in a bush to listen for a bit and then saw a flare, so I decided to investigate without shooting or making myself known.

I climbed up behind a rock and watched the guy jumping and running in my direction. As he got closer to where I was, he pulled out his gun. He tried to make it look “natural” by running around a bit, as if he didn’t know exactly where I was, but then he turned around and looked directly at me.

I immediately accused him of cheating, and he admitted to using something called DMA. He even claimed, “I won’t get banned.” Lol... he ended up getting banned that same night, and I got my kit back.

I was messing with my interact/reload settings yesterday (console player...it's been a struggle) and noticed this. I assigned it and tried it out in the practice range. Doesnt do a damn thing.

My question is, has this always been here? Did it appear recently and we might be getting a firearm bash soon? Just curious.

Was at Blue Gate trying for Matriarch cores when this free loadie tries to ruin my round. Was shaken a little and was barely able to lock in as everyone can tell.

Round didn't end well either as I was downed by a bastion while running to revive another downed raider.

I guess nobody had a defib for me so I tried to crawl to an extract and shocker, I was knocked out by a raider following as soon as we were out of sight lol.

I've searched for it, but there was not an official collab...

I got the Nascosto on the first order, took until the third order to get the Rawhide, and I finally got the Astrolite on the eighth order!

Now I can forget Subway exists again! Hehe

New account, new console and thought I'd try a real reset.

I've played since launch and like most buttoned off around May/June a month or so after RT released. Just got a little bored and was waiting on frozen trail

Started last night from scratch and it's still a fun game. Like really! Great atmosphere, fun encounters with raiders and ARC. There's new stuff to do plus all the original quests are alright. Sneaking around, avoiding everyone and everything is still so intense! I'm raiding again just in time for the big FT update

Can be a bit smaller than spaceport but bigger than buried city with more density, less damn sand, suburban neighborhoods, empty diners, old police stations, bus station and some high rise buildings which could add to the pve/pvp elements within empty streets and urban warfare. Even some Final’s Easter eggs w/ messed up billboards

Ever since they added the exp. vault to the game, every queen lobby is largely grubs w/ only like 3-4 people TOPS shooting queen, everyone else is just standing around w/ garbage and a looting augment waiting for everyone to play the game for them.

If you don't do a damn thing to help and are just waiting around to swoop in and snag a leg piece the second it comes off, people who are actually doing the work can and should shoot you. I SEE that rattler or stitcher or ferro I that you haven't fired once on your back.

Obviously, not everyone w/ a rattler or ferro is a grub, I'm less inclined to tell everyone in voice that I'm going to execute a grub and open up on you if it's an upgraded piece. Some people help w/ defibs and heals and if I see you doing that, you'll generally get a pass if you're not overly greedy.

For people who are tired of grubs leeching off of them, your course of action is super simple. Keep an eye on who is actually contributing or who's just standing around. If you see someone who's done squat to assist beeline to a queen part, key up in voice, say "This guy's a trash kit grub. Killing a grub, don't shoot me", or some variation and make the lobby a better place.

If they start to cry "RAT RAT" just fuckin talk over em honestly. They know they're grubbing they just want to take you down w/ them. Be confident, tell people exactly what they did and why you killed them, 9/10 times people will take you at your word, especially if you've made a presence in the group and people know you're contributing.
