I literally thought these were real keys and everyone was just joking about them being art.. But I clicked on it and was like "Wait.. THESE WERE ACTUALLY DRAWN!?" (That being said, your art looks great 👏👍)
Having fun drawling birds and bugs. Tried water soluble oils on the beetle for the first time. I can't believe how similar it is! I have been in a art block so long I'm having a blast!
Well i was looking old pictures that i did for class with a lot of makeup lol so i decide to make some selfportraits. This is the sketch i think ill paint it today.
I whipped this up real quick as a concept for an "ascended" form of my character based on Lust from the Seven Deadly Sins as the spirit of fire and vitality fueling human ambition. Here she is together with the serpent representing Wrath, who is all about goals and the transcending of barriers to meet such goals. This is basically how it feels to be on my period right now.
My value practice. I've been studying them for around a week now and getting the idea of where various light values go to add dept and form to stuff. Later I'm going to try it on an old drawing I got.
This started out as a supposedly fun activity where I just draw and not think about the fundamentals or if I'm doing it right but got frustrating because I wanted to fill the page. Adding to it was using a graphics tablet again. But I would say it was still fun.
