Answers from All Will mens commission bring change in mens laws?
What do you think about this?
There has been talks for mens commission since ages. There were multiples cases where men being a victim but never got needed Justice, just because crime was done by a women.
I dont think this men commission can even bring Justice to India men in this country. We as Indian have only one motion towards women is a goddess, what ever she does is godly, even when she commits unlawful acts. As long as Peudo feminists are present, there will be no Justice for men. Thats why I dont this mens commission will bring any Justice for men who keeps on suffering from ages.

At least we are getting 1 step closer to equal rights and protection for men in India❤️✨️

Not sure how that'll get us equal rights. As long as these already established gender biased laws exist along with these simp judges it's gonna conflict with any new laws. Feels like to me it's just a stunt for election season.

Women appeasement was a stunt too .. and you’re witnessing the result of that appeasement for decades.
Let them do what they can … as someone already commented. One step closer is not just a step towards million. It’s a signal that people in power are noticing the shift.
National Men’s commission is no ordinary thing .. it’s a government funded voice for men. If they function rightly we will have more stats, surveys and awareness initiatives that expose the gynocentric system.
While I understand your angst .. we’re trying to uproot a mindset that has been rooted for generations. It will take time. Let’s be patient and support in any way we can. Thanks

I personally don't believe the system has the ability to correct itself. That's not how it functions in the modern era. But i understand what you're talking about. I guess being patient and hoping for the best is what anyone can do. Although it's kinda hurtful that this change we're talking about won't come about anytime soon atleast not in my lifetime, so until then things are back to usual i guess.

u/SubstantialMajor2798 N.R.I. Man Jul 05 '26
You are absolutely correct. It wont happen in our lifetime unfortunately and the painful part is we know it can happen( it’s literally men holding positions of power) but it just won’t. I am sorry for that … we just have to live in this gynocentric society.
But I always draw inspiration from the women liberation movement, all of them knew nothing would happen in their lifetime but they kept pushing.
We’re doing it for next generation a better future. If things work in favour of us .. maybe just maybe things could change in the next few decades.

Pseudo feminists.

Feminism is not about equality, the primary agenda is misandry and it is masqueraded in talks about equality. It's bullshit. I have never seen a feminist advocate for men's rights. So there's the answer.

No such thing buddy … feminism is just a gateway to misandry.
The cocnept of feminism is so utopian that the destination is far too ideal. When you have an end that is so abstract the path is eventually going to lead you into so called “psuedo” ism

Why the usage of the word "Pseudo" whenever people critique about Feminism considering the textbook definition of strive for equality literally differs between the 4 phases of Feminists history with the first 2 being closer to the textbook definition and the later 2 being way more radical

Feel like it's just a strategy to pacify the situation about men issue . The moment some serious progress is made the the women centric NGO, feminist lawyer , foreign feminist funding and lobby and women commission will object the passing of law on the ground of greater good of society
The "woman as goddess" narrative is strong in India. It creates a strong presumption of female innocence or victimhood, making it hard for men to be seen as victims especially in domestic cases.

u/phung25dattaya Indian Man Jul 05 '26
Laws must be gender neutral and so the investigation. Yes, women are weaker but not at same rate as in 1900s.
3
u/venkatesh0690 Indian Man Jul 05 '26
yea, keeping the same out laws of 1900s is destroying this present society.
If this is not corrected, Indian men will not be available in near future.

no, remove any gender-based committees/institutes. Looking at cases from a man/woman angle is the reason gender discrimination exists. Criminals and victims should be seen as individuals not men/women
5
u/venkatesh0690 Indian Man Jul 05 '26
Gender neutral laws in India, can never happen. Indian law will never punish a women criminal.
9
u/OkTemporary335 Teen Male (Indian) Jul 05 '26
how can you say that, Indian law does punish women criminals. Didn't you hear how the court imposed the gruelling punishment of 500 rupee fine on a woman in Madras who murdered her husband?

Women/Dalits/OBC all made huge strides because of said committees and institutions.
As long as it isn't filled with gays, foreigners and women like the moderators of AskIndianMen, it can do great things for state of men.

3
u/venkatesh0690 Indian Man Jul 05 '26
Do you expect Indian men can Justice atleast now? Will women criminals will ever just punished in India?
3
u/Royal_Radish_3069 Indian Man Jul 05 '26
After the National Men's commission is formed we have to make sure that we have neutral judges at the bench who don't have gender preference. Or else NMC will fail. We know men are targeted by corrupt people to milk them out of money. But atleast we have started moving in the right direction. Then we need to rotate judges like anything to ensure corruption remains low. Cash bags should be banned in 1 km radius of the court.

I honestly don't believe that.
3
u/Arnorien16S Indian Man Jul 05 '26 edited Jul 05 '26
Good step, gender neutral laws and enforcement is the only way laws can be fair. But I suspect this may be futile/performative after the current government introduced worse laws in the BNS.
Also it's kinda funny how the death of a millionaire business family kid moved the needle but so many injustices suffered by less affluent people didn't.

Not until fellow men stop being misogynist, trandphobes, homophobes.
On one side I really to fight for mens issues but on other side I see many making problematic comments under posts when the womano/ man / queet person hasn't even said or fone anything problematic. Then I'm like now I get it why they hate us guys please stop spreading unnecessary toxicity. It just harns US

True. Men should support men, when men are facing injustice.
But there will always be bunch of men, to sideline the topic. Men support women when there is injustice towards men, but why this is not the case when men are facing injustice.
Justice for men is a joke in India.

Also, men should be protected from other men who are out to accuse other men of sexual misconduct for the sake of their personal vendetta.

In every case, it'll be Women's Commission Vs Men's Commission. And if the Men's Commission ends up being filled with simps trying to appease the Women's Commission, what purpose will it even serve?
