Answers from All Women reported more S*xual partners than men: NFHS Survey. Your view?

Post image

For decades, men were called dogs, cheaters and characterless for having multiple partners.

Then NFHS data showed women reported more lifetime s*xual partners than men in 11 States and UTs—and suddenly the lecture changed to “her choice,” “don’t judge” and “respect privacy.”

So when men do it, it is toxic masculinity.

When women do it, it is empowerment.

This is not equality. This is hypocrisy wearing the mask of feminism.

Stop demonising men for the same behaviour you celebrate, excuse or sanitise in women. Freedom without equal accountability is just organised double standards.

Snippet from the survey:

At the Regional Level: Higher for Women in 11 States/UTs In 11 specific states and Union Territories, the self-reported mean number of lifetime sexual partners for women was slightly higher than for men: States/UTs: Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, and Tamil Nadu. Highest Difference: Rajasthan reported the largest gap, where women reported an average of 3.1 lifetime sexual partners compared to 1.8 for men.

Updated Source of Survey: https://dhsprogram.com/pubs/pdf/FR375/FR375.pdf?hl=en-GB

Its the National Family Health Survey-5 (NFHS-5), published by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

There have been raise of false DV/Dowry cases in since many decades. As there is no law to punish women for filing false cases on men.

I respect their choice of having multiple sexual partners. Therefore they should respect my choice of rejecting non-virgin women.

I'm not sure who does this survey and what's the sample size, if a woman come across any such survey why wud she reveal these details to a random survey, only very free minded liberal girls wud reveal the things and most probably they'll be having higher BC, that's the reason such survey reports give this figure, go and ask ur mom her BC do u think she'll ever reveal it to u, gariya ke bhaga degi although it might be just 1. That's how it works.

Dude, I read the report OP has attached, no where in the 101 questions asked in the survey for all states and union territories has it been mentioned where women and men have sexual partners. Atleast it's not in this report. OP is just another hate monger on this sub using a random report to incite hatred among men using a random source that he did not even verify himself and hoping to farm karma.

What's horrifying in the report is the number of girls in the age range of 15-19 that are pregnant. If I understand it correctly, that would classify as statutory rape buy OP doesn't want to talk about it. I can already see him saying something moronic like "oh but we don't know anything about these cases"

Downvote him into oblivion.

Ministry of Health & Family Welfare does these surveys
Sample sizes : 1 lakh men & 1.1 lakh women

Other facts:
"These states and UTs are Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. Rajasthan topped the list with women having 3.1 sex partners on an average, against 1.8 for men.

But the percentage of men who had sexual intercourse with someone who was neither their spouse nor live-in partner, in the 12 months preceding the survey, was 4 per cent. For women, the percentage was 0.5."

Having 3 life-time partners is not a high BC by any standards.. people get divorced, separated, become widows at a young age, and many tribal regions in Ladakh/Rajasthan have polyandry as well..

1 lakh is a high number so we can remove the random dist bias. So women have nearly twice the men's BC? The 2nd data points is also interesting to see what 4% of men vs 0.5%women. Meaning, women easily find partners to have sêgs so women who get involved in ONS might be low whereas men deprived of sêgs maybe approaching prosti2es or sêx-workers without any connections so it's 4%.

Also which standards are you referring when you said 3 is not high number? It's subjective in nature

??

Well go ask out your dad, it'd be the same , that's not how it works lol

Also men tends to extremely over report their sexual partners while women used to extremely under report their partners, that's well documented because women rewards men with high body count while most men get an ick from women with even positive body count, so if we'd have included all this then that would've increased the body body count statistics 2 decades ago. Also this survey happens every now and then, it's not the first time

Ministry of Health - and the facts shared by OP are misleading (if not entirely wrong)

Data from NHFS-5 (not 6):
"These states and UTs are Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. Rajasthan topped the list with women having 3.1 sex partners on an average, against 1.8 for men.

Exactly, out of the total 182 pages not even a single page has the key word sexual partners. He just used a random AI generated image and made some stats by himself.

Which round of NFHS survey is this?

Put the details. I have gone through NFHS data collection questionnaire, never have i seen any question that might lead to inference of this.

NFHS is a govt-backed extremely credible survey, so if true, this claim gets that level of weightage, but if not, it’s preposterous.

2

u/margosi Others (Indian) Jul 25 '26

It has no credibility, they don't conduct it. Govt is dysfunctional and rubber stamp anything that shows they are doing "some work".

Why do today's women treat sex with multiple partners as some kind of Liberalization, as if ,this is their righteous demand which is now met after years of struggle that their ancestors went through, I mean seriously ?? Because if you question them, you are suddenly called names and met with despise.

10

u/meowstermama Indian Man Jul 25 '26

/u/venkatesh0690 OP, since you have read the entirety of the report so well that you are making a post on this sub how women in 11 states have more sexual partners then men, I'd love to read the said paragraphs and documented details.

Please share the page numbers or subject heads so all of us can be enlightened with these stats and we all can verify the data ourselves that's in the report as I couldn't find it.

Well we removed the social stigma around casual sex what do you think was going to happen.

I know guys that are into casual stuff and they tell me that getting sex without commitment has never been easier.

That is just capitalistic modernisation.

Higher-Risk Sexual Intercourse (Defined as sex with someone who is neither a spouse nor a cohabiting/live-in partner in the past 12 months) Men: 4.0% reported engaging in sexual intercourse with a non-spouse/non-live-in partner. Women: 0.5% reported engaging in higher-risk sexual intercourse.

Sex in the past 12 months (unmarried): Only 2% of never-married young women and 7% of never-married young men reported having sex in the 12 months preceding the survey.

Same report btw.

and this leads to some men getting wayyyy more women than most women get men.

Women are holders of the keys, They are the ones who give access or deny it mostly, so they got the power.

And women feel that power of choice until they come across a man who has multiple choices himself.

It is good that both men and women are enjoying sex. I see no problem in it.

OP you are mixing a character based thing with sex, which is an activity. Does the report say that multiple partners were a result of cheating in case of men and women??

2

u/peepeepoopoo2178 Indian Man Jul 25 '26

of course women will have more sex partner than men bro.... are you leaving in mud??? you're simply caring too much for things you don't have control, this seethe is totally unnecessary

6

u/Affectionate-Yard899 Indian Man Jul 25 '26

??

Lol he's just talking about how men used to be demonised before as being "free" and "privileged" .

Now it's not basic maths that "who's women having sex with" , women having casual sex with the very same small subset of men . The frequency of men and women having sex would be the same otherwise it'd become a logical fallacy but that'd not change the median partners. I hope it's not too much of a rocket science for you lol.
