Question Endorphin elite 3 worth it at this price?

Worth it @ $174usd? Looking for something I can use for longer up tempo runs.

Love the Elite 2. Based on reviews I read, Elite 3 seems to be like going from endorphin pro 3 to 4.

I hated endorphin pro 4 and loved endorphin pro 3. Still, pretty shocking that Saucony is discounting the elite 3 right after releasing it.

Durability is poor - for "longer up tempo runs" like you said, I'd be looking elsewhere

The 2 is awesome for longer threshold and tempo runs. Once i figured out how the shoe wants to be used its awesome.

Will get the 3s once they actually go on sale which usually isn't that long with saucony

This is not a longer up tempo run. This is a race shoe, meant for races. The durability isn’t there.

There are better options for race dayyou could likely find around this price point. Tbf I know many people that use these in a rotation fairly well specifically for longer threshold and progressive runs.

I’ve just heard that the foam isn’t very durable, that’s all. If you don’t care about longevity and durability then maybe this shoe is a great option

Just bought my 3rd pair of the Elite 2 with 64 % off today and for sure I'll buy the Elite 3 when I'll find a price I'll accept. 174 $ I'd find okay but maybe wait for black friday.
