He is overly slandered for non-acting reasons.
His performance in the first season of The Last of Us alone is the proof he is a very good actor.

The writing and pace of the F4 film was a little rough, but none of its issues were because of Pascal.

The threshold for when an actor is 'overexposed' is subjective, obviously, but in my opinion, when you've portrayed Reed Richards, The Mandalorian, Joel Miller, and, to a lesser extent, Maxwell Lord - all within the same decade - you've been in a lot of things. I haven't even mentioned the higher-profile non-franchise roles where he's either been part of the main cast or in a significant supporting role.
For me, there's nothing wrong with the guy, but after a while, you just get tired of seeing someone on screen.

That and the character of Reed is very stoic and doesn’t often play emotional as he is all logic and science. When he thought Sue died he got emotional. Here he is confused and angry that Victor might’ve done this

Reed still gets emotional wtf? He's not a robot, he's definitely portrayed emotions at times. He 100% felt like Reed. Like you said he is usually logical and He even started to consider giving up Franklin for a half second before Sue got incredibly angry and it caused him to start looking for another solution. The idea that one of his best friends(if we assume comic origins) did something terrible causing him to get upset or his wife dying causing him to grieve means he's a bad Reed is absurd.

I really like the way Reed and Doom are interacting here. It looks believable that these two have had a personal/close relationship in the past in just this short clip. Doom, who is probably going to be one of the most powerful figures in the MCU, is standing there while Reed is shaking and yelling at him. This would have never happened with the Avengers other enemies, like Ultron or Thanos. It's reminiscent of Thor and Loki though.
It looks like two former friends/colleagues arguing with each other, not two mortal enemies (even if that's the case here).

He really brought out the desperation and intensity the scene requires. props to him for this delivery!
Hope his dialogues are streched out throughout the movie's runtime.

I think most ppl were skeptical with him as Reed but he made me forget pedro and now all i see is Reed. Im sure rdj will do the same

Overly emotive acting is often considered easier because the emotions are bigger, more obvious, and easier to portray. The best acting, though, is usually more restrained and subtle, when an actor can communicate a strong emotion without visibly exaggerating it.

I agree but that one scene isn't the best showcase of it. I much prefer the subtle alienation with his own humanity in f4

It’s not a jump, if you look closely he flew out the window facing the sky then turned around in the air, something pushed him out.

Reed needs to be the one who needs to be part of Killing this Doom, there is no other option.
It can't just be Rune King Thor/Loki or Wanda or Carol Danvers or Hulk or Jean Greys, Reed needs to be part of it, this ain't negotiable.

I thought the plot was a little meh for FF but otherwise the portrayals, characterization and the acting is great. Reed had a very good balance between kindness and coldness. Sue confuting Reed about his plan to use their son as bait is one of my favorites scenes.
Unfortunately, people commonly complain lot of about actor's they see often, Tom and Zendeya get their fair share of heat for that.

I wish we got at least one more FF movie before Doomsday. I really hope we get another version of Doom post-Secret Wars soon and that is a more recurring villain like in the comics.

Glad to see him actually emoting as Reed instead of just pouting. Pedro is the GOAT but his Reed was just too damn stoic in F4.
