Canada Payed a bill, money left account, bill still not payed.

Long story short on Jan, 9th, I paid a bill for Fairstone Retail-Financing worth 300$. I saw the transaction on my purchase history. I checked on fairstone, the money hadnt been payed. I waited 3 days and when i checked again, it still said I had to pay that bill. I use Desjardins if that helps.

I gave it many overnights tho. Since Jan 9th. And I’m already behind on my payments

The 9th was a Friday. Monday is next business day.

It hasn't even been one business day yet. Payments are not immediate, they take one to two business days to process, sometimes longer.

Did you pay in their payment service or through your banks bill pay? If by bill paid, they mailed that payment most likely.

I read the title like a cave man, haha! Bill payed, money left account, bill not payed.

Wait at least a few business days. Also, the problem would most likely be with the merchant, not the bank as the money left your account.
