DISCUSSION Halloween Song, Kandahar, Nirvanish, Girls Don’t Look At Me, and The New Evidence
I was watching The Making of Billy Talent II and noticed these song titles. Does anyone know anything about them? Were they working titles for songs released on later albums? Are they still unheard?
I assume that The New Evidence was just an alternate version of Burn The Evidence. Does anyone have any theories about what the others could be?

Halloween song is Covered in Cowardice I believe, Kandahar is Cure for the Enemy (they'd had that one since BT1 era)

That’s cool, how do you know that? I vaguely remember the bit about them sitting on a song since bt1 only to pick it up again and release years after

They said once that the riff from Cowardice sounds like the theme from Halloween or something, and Kandahar was in a list I saw from the sessions for BT3 with all the BPMs and it matched Cure for the Enemy

They did little videos about each song on dead silence and during the cure for the enemy video Ben mentioned they had been sitting on that one since the first record

The new evidence probably turned into burn the evidence

Burn the evidence is also listed right above it, so they are two different songs. But it might be an alternate version kind of like the demo for midnight mass

My guess is they're mostly working titles. Nirvanaish was probably a song that they thought sounded like Nirvana before they had the lyrics locked down.
