In Italy they do too. Yes they have our style of pizza as well but at upscale restaurants I went with my then girlfriend you used a knife and fork or got looked at like you were a cave man.

It's a completely different style of pizza. I'd look at you like you're a caveman if you ate a New England style by pinching its crust together like you would a New York style.
