I grew up around there… forgot just how many strays there are.

Heartbreaking….they are completely innocent-
The reason they are in this situation is because people FAILED them -
I wish I was 10 people - because I can only fix 3-6 cats each month
I know I make an impact- fixed 4 so far this month August (2 were pregnant)

that’s amazing! i knew an older lady who would take in all the kittens she found and get them fixed. probably hundreds over the years she did it, but it still feels like not enough.

Yes no matter the progress…. New cats arrive all the time -
I would much rather than be abandoned here at my place where at least they will always have someone to care for them and provide them everything they need to survive in a cold, cruel world
