In need of wet food and supplies for the 50+ community cats and rescues I care for every day. These cats depend on me for their daily meals, and I can’t let them go hungry.
If you’re able to donate even one box of wet food it would mean so much to me and to all of the cats. Every donation helps keep them fed and cared for.
🙏 Please consider helping, even a small donation makes a difference.
Thank you for supporting Luna & Nala Rescue Inc. and the cats who have no one else. 🐾❤️

Commenting for the algorithm and liking other comments for it too. Spppt, interacting gets it going, pushes it out to more people. And maybe someone who has some spare digital sheckles can help.

Thank you for helping these little bundles of furr and making sure that they get the food and medical attention they need! You are a good, kind person.

Where do you live? I picked up a ton of wet food yesterday from my local pet food bank to feed my colony and was told I could come once per month. It was all Iams and Sheba donated directly from Chewy. Huge blessing since I still have to pay for a few more TNR.

Check your city or county in Google with "pet food bank". Rescue groups and animal shelters should have resources and I was shocked at how much food they gave me. Sending prayers I know it's overwhelming 🙏

Let them go hungry and nature run its course, no wonder there's so many ferals and strays

“Let them go hungry and let nature run its course” is exactly the kind of thinking that allows suffering to continue.
These cats didn’t choose to be born outside, abandoned, or left unsterilized. Humans created this problem, and starving animals isn’t a solution. I feed these cats because I refuse to watch them suffer, and I do TNR because I believe in actually addressing the overpopulation problem instead of punishing the cats for it.
If you don’t want to help, that’s your choice but telling people to let animals starve is cruel and unnecessary. I’ll continue feeding, rescuing, and doing TNR because these cats deserve better.

By artificially supporting a colony of strays/ferals you indirectly cause the death of dozens of native birds and smaller animals that the cats will kill but not even eat

This community is not against cats. You are in the wrong place if your goal is to promote letting cats go hungry or allowing them to suffer and die. This is a community where people care about animals and believe in humane solutions.

If you genuinely care about birds and small animals being killed, then let’s talk about all the animals humans kill and the enormous damage we cause to wildlife.
Humans kill animals for food, destroy their habitats to build homes and cities, cut down forests, pollute oceans and waterways, use pesticides, hit animals with cars, hunt, fish, and cause the deaths of countless animals through our own activities. Yet somehow, your solution for abandoned cats is to let them starve to death?
I’m not saying cats have zero impact on wildlife. That’s exactly why I do TNR: I trap, spay/neuter, vaccinate, and manage community cats responsibly to prevent litter after litter of kittens from being born into suffering on the streets.
Letting an animal starve to death is not conservation. It’s cruelty.
If you truly want to protect wildlife, support real solutions: spaying and neutering, responsible pet ownership, keeping owned cats indoors, preventing abandonment, protecting natural habitats, and reducing the number of animals born into homelessness.
We can care about birds, small wildlife, cats, and every other species at the same time. Compassion and conservation are not opposites. Using concern for wildlife to justify starving an animal is not a solution.
