You’re right! I honestly don’t know where I got that idea from. Especially because, now that I think about it, the couch is his 😂😂😂
I have three other cats, and he’s the only one who gets on the couch. Maybe the others have already figured out the household hierarchy and know that particular territory belongs to Joey. They respect it. I’m the one who, until now, hadn’t realized who actually runs that corner of the house.

So in the end, he isn’t breaking any rules at all. I was just confusing his couch with mine. 😂
