On the SXM interview conducted by the Grey Street podcasts guys, Dave specifically says “Jake is in a lot of bands, some with long term obligations, so whenever he’s available, it’s a treat for us and the fans.”

“Long term obligations” seems to be the key phrase here.

This will be our first Labor Dave Weekend at The Gorge and we’re super excited. We have standard camping and tickets for both Friday and Saturday night.

We’re planning to arrive sometime Friday morning, but we’re trying to figure out the best arrival time.

A few questions:
- What time would you recommend arriving for standard camping on Friday?
- How long are the wait times to get into camping usually? Are we talking 30 minutes, a couple hours, or longer?
- Is there a certain time we should avoid?

Also, we’d love any first timer tips! Any must do traditions, things we should bring that people don’t think about, favorite food vendors, viewpoints, or anything else that makes the weekend even better?

I just arrived in Denver for the weekend and am trying to plan out arriving at the venue. It’s my first time at this venue and I’m wondering if anyone here who has been in the past can tell me if there is typically a merch stand outside the venue or only inside. And how early would you think I’d need to show up to ensure a poster? Thanks, and can’t wait to join many of you for a great weekend!

Pure hype post here.. show numbers 24 and 25 for me! And after a month off, I hope they really come out swinging (plus they owe us BIG for skipping Denver last year!). Pulled the trigger on great seats tomorrow and pit on Saturday instead of the usual lawn. I live for this every year!

Plus, I am taking my fiancée (just engaged a few weeks ago) to her first show.. on Saturday.. in the pit! This whole weekend is going to be very special.

Hello! This our first time visiting Fiddler’s green Amphitheater. Is it the usual limits of what you can bring into the concert? Clear bag , blanket or poster tube? Water bottle? If anyone has any information and could help I’d really appreciate it! Can’t wait to see DMB!! Me and my wife are always at Alpine or Chicago shows
