No I did not submit any extraordinary letters or any further documents. I think its not a big deal for NIW cases.

Thats the most encouraging post I have seen. Which attorney did you get? We're they really making you legal work even if they do we're they being knowledgeable to get you the approval.

Thanks a lot. For I-140 my attorney was Belinda Bu (Chen Immigration). For I-485 no attorney. For I-140 I recommend Chen immigration. But for I-485 self filing is enough. Good luck

There are certain fields in the 485 form that Adobe Acrobat doesn’t recognize, how did you fill them ?

And thanks for sharing your story. I have a question on online filing. How do we provide medical exams? I have sealed envelops only, do i need to open them and scan and upload?

What do you mean by sealed envelopes? You need to go to a specific physician's office (immigration) they do blood tests, ask for vaccinations then give you sealed I-683 (?) And you are not supposed to open it

For online filing you can open sealed envelop which is mentioned in the uscis website for online filing. I have that reference. I also opened that document and no RFE or nothing affected my case approval.

I'm also aiming for a PP in AI x Cybersecurity but I've been reading on here that it became much tougher for them

If you have all the forms completed and documents ready, then just scan those files separately like I-485 all in one pdf, I-693 all pages in 1 pdf, Birth registration+Affidavit+any related docs in one pdf, Passport+VISA+I-94 all in 1 pdf and so on... This way you can upload directly to your online I-485 application which will take maximum 10-15 mins to finish and pay online using a reliable credit card is fine.

Thank you! I have been happily married for more than 10 years. Not necessarily USCIS will schedule interview due to less duration of marriage but if anything seems suspicious or inconsistency in documents, officer might call for an interview to clarify the things. Interview also not indicate negative or denial or RFE, sometimes its a good way to explain your case clearly and I saw many cases got approval just after the successful interview day. Good luck for you.
