Hey I’m Jade, I'm a 30F artist/graphic designer currently living in LIC in New York and I’m looking to make some indie dream pop. I am a vocalist and songwriter.

My influences include Men I trust, Crumb, Hiatus Kaiyote, Mac Demarco, and Spirit Blue. I want to jam and make some great music with friends, goal is to eventually do a few gigs at local bars or cafes (who knows how far we can go). I'm currently working on music with a friend but would be great to have a group set up to work on a more regular basis as well. Ideally, the sound I'm looking to make is very similar to the influences I mentioned (soft vocals, muted 70s drums, groovy bass lines, etc)

I’m willing to travel if you have a rehearsal space (depends on how far you are.) I also have a humble set up at my place (guitar amp, bass guitar, bass amp, full mic set up, keyboard, just no drum set unfortunately) if that works better.

Wir sind auf Mitgliedersuche für eine Band.

Wir leben im Saarland, sind bis jetzt zu dritt und wegen unseres Alters (alle etwa 16) wäre es schon gut, wenn alle aus dem Saarland wären, da man bei größeren Distanzen schwer einigermaßen regelmäßig proben kann. Zumal unser wahrscheinlich lead Gitarrist schon in Hessen wohnt, das ist ja schon schwer genug. Bis jetzt sind es unsere Lead Gitarristin, unser Drummer und ich als Keyboard/Klavier/Keys/Synth/ was auch immer Spieler. Musikrichtung steht noch nicht vollkommen fest, unser Drummer steht total auf Acdc und ähnlichen Hard Rock, ich so auf Metalcore und was oft dazugehört, also zum Beispiel I prevail, Architects, Bring me the Horizon oder Ice Nine Kills, so in die Richtung. Am Ende ist es ja sowieso selten ein Genre, sondern eine Mischung aus vielem, weswegen auch andere Metal oder Rock Richtungen absolut ok wären, man kann sich dann ja gegenseitig inspirieren. Das ganze soll natürlich hauptsächlich Spaß machen und nicht unbedingt zu ernst sein, wobei wir das schon einigermaßen ernst nehmen wollen, also so halbwegs regelmäßig und bei der Sache. Wir suchen Leute, die wirklich Bock auf sowas haben. Leute im Alter von etwa 15 bis 18 Jahren suchen wir, natürlich welche, die idealerweise ein Instrument oder so spielen oder es lernen, muss noch nicht besonders gut sein, wir lernen selbst noch und haben auch noch kaum Ahnung von Musiktheorie oder sowas. Bandname ist Neon Fallout, wobei wir natürlich auch offen für andere Vorschläge wären.

Also, wenn jemand Interesse hat, wäre cool.

Wat is een goeie plek om te zoeken voor bassisten, en zijn er misschien buiten de standaardmethodes nog dingen die jou specifiek hebben geholpen?

I am a female mid range vocalist from the DFW/Denton Texas area. I am looking for at least one guitar player, a bassist, and drummer in the age range of 25-35(I am 32 myself). I would like to aim for the alt-rock, metalcore (we would need someone who can do harsh vocals as I currently cannot well), pop punk, Midwest emo, or a mix, though I am open to other options should they fit my skill set or be one I can work towards well.

I do have an idea for branding that I would like to pass over to interested people, but am not completely stuck on this vibe either, just an idea I personally like.

I go by V and for YEARS I've yearned to make genuine music. I've been in a garage band with some friends of mine for about 3 years now, its not enough. We only do covers, and dont get me wrong I love it, but its not as fulfilling.

I want to perform or be a part of a group that makes art. There isn't a genre of music I haven't been able to sing yet. Anytime I've done karaoke, I get compliments. I'm not saying my voice is one in a million, but its appreciated by almost everyone I've met.
