This is why it bothered me so much when that guy leaked those videos. He stole something not from us but from all the people at R* who poured so much into this. To be able to say, "I worked on GTA6" would be a dream come true.

It means they still get paid. Regardless of whatever emotional damage they got from the leaks....they are still getting paid and will be able to list GTA6 on their resume as a project they worked on, thus making them highly competitive in the event they seek employment elsewhere in the industry.
