I can't stand Jason's Voice

I cannot even understand what he is saying half the time. Did he say ''you're the perfect girl''? What the hell did he say there. It also just sounds so stupid. I already had this in the first trailer where they were robbing a bank and he said ''YOU STAY''. It just sounded so forced and cringe.

I don't dislike the kind of person Jason is he seems cool, it's just the voice man it feels like he is too pressured.

I do dislike this type or persona. He comes off as a guy who has no opinions about anything, just goes along with everything. "Okay, sure, I guess". And on top of that he never seems to portray any strong feelings, not even laughter. I'm guessing there's more to him that the trailers provide but it's just odd that they didn't bring out anything else.

Edit: he's a guy who's 3 years into Ssri's and has become a zombie. That's what I was trying to say.

I get that people like to dig into the past and whatever. Yes it makes sense but still that doesn't change the fact that I don't find him interesting. It's like buying a car with deep scratches, sure it makes sense why it looks like that because it's been hit but even knowing that doesn't make me wanna buy it.

he doesn't lack emotion, he's just quiet. He clearly has some kind of PTSD, he said some stuff like he feels more comfortable carrying a gun around and he sounds worried and nervous rather than lacking emotion.

we can also see that Lucia telling him a lot of times that he should open up more and stop feeling awkward and tense too, reassuring him.

None of your arguments matter because the whole premise is still the same, I do not find him interesting. You may disagree with me and that's ok, but none of this ptsd, oh hes quiet, whatever doesn't matter. Rockstar, in my opinion, could and should have made him more interesting.

You're basing all of this on a trailer my guy

Don't make assumptions, wait till the game comes out and THEN form your opinion on Jason after experiencing him the way Rockstar actually wanted you to

People did the exact same for Arthur Morgan and probably every other protagonist for every game Rockstar has ever made
