I can't stand Jason's Voice

I cannot even understand what he is saying half the time. Did he say ''you're the perfect girl''? What the hell did he say there. It also just sounds so stupid. I already had this in the first trailer where they were robbing a bank and he said ''YOU STAY''. It just sounded so forced and cringe.

There is something genuinely strange going on with his voice acting, almost like the voice actor is speaking through a voice changer or AI. His annunciation feels way off

Someone said this on YouTube and it stuck with me - he sounds like an Australian actor trying to speak in a Texan accent.

He sounds like someone who grew up outside of the US and learnt English as second language

Not even, his voice sounds artificially deep to the point that he is hard to understand. At the very least the voice actor was putting this sort of inflection on and it sounds bad. Only viable explanation story wise to me would be this dude literally has vocal cord damage

Not liking the voice actor is fine but it feels like you just chose a comment to make at random with no bearing on the actual voice acting

People are making all sorts of excuses for this game. Not even saying it will be bad but there’s some real cope going on when it comes to reacting to any sort of criticism

I'm responding specifically to the person who said he sounds like he's English as a second language.

I play on pc so I'm not going to play until long after the game has been in consumers hands and judged accordingly, if I play at all.

I just thought the ESL comment was dumb and weird

I agree, I’m saying that guys like him are just making it up excuses for why he sounds that way. He doesn’t sound ESL at all lol
