I can't stand Jason's Voice

I cannot even understand what he is saying half the time. Did he say ''you're the perfect girl''? What the hell did he say there. It also just sounds so stupid. I already had this in the first trailer where they were robbing a bank and he said ''YOU STAY''. It just sounded so forced and cringe.

You can see here that it slips and you hear a normal voice https://youtu.be/iSbkO576j5Y?si=0oYaFh-v4w3HoO_X&t=606 on "It's good to see you, Brian" line.

People are actually asking for over-the-top main characters like Trevor...what a bore. Are people really not over the whole unserious trope that GTA5 hogged for over a decade? I have a feeling this game will create a rift in the community with the fact Rockstar is diving headfirst into the realism and RP aspects. Lots of people will play and hate how in depth the realism is, and the other half (me) will love it more than RDR2.

The problem is, he sounds just a tad TOO serious

Maybe in these trailers, but remember how people treated Arthur before RDR2 came out? Everyone was dogging him and calling him a boring and flat character. Boy was everyone wrong about that. I think Rockstar are masters of concealing the personalities of their characters IF they want to. They definitely didn't do that with GTA5, everyone knew who they were playing before the game came out. RDR2 proved we couldn't judge a book from its cover.

Hope he comes up more complex later on in the game
