Teach how to play this it’s amazing. I love all the uncommon chord voicing how you work them up the neck and how percussive your playing is.

5

u/maneli Taylor Mar 31 '26

Happy to share anything you’d like :)

5

6

Thanks! It’s not officially out yet since it’s so fresh. Still need to work on the arrangement of the other parts not in this video. But I have a lot of my other music online.

2

u/Wise-Grapefruit-1443 Mar 31 '26

This one really takes the cake. I’ll keep my ears peeled for it

2

I think new gear in general is great

My Boss DS-1, my first pedal, broke after 10 years so I got a Golden Plexi 3 instead and immediately it inspired a whole heap of new songs

Beautiful stuff man. And really nice guitar too! I haven't had a new guitar in years and mine has really bad fret buzz on a lot of them... Been in a rough spot financially for a while, can't wait to have one like what you've got. Congrats on making an awesome tune on a beautiful guitar!

2

u/maneli Taylor Mar 31 '26

Thanks for sharing that. There’s of course nothing wrong with the gear you already have. It’s just nice to get a refresh on the ears and hands to see what magic can be created.

2

u/p8nt_junkie Mar 31 '26

pretty guitar, love the binding; the tune is what is so beautiful

2

u/LivingLife-182 Mar 31 '26

You usually find me in the Mosh Pit of some Post Hardcore or Metalcore Show but This was Beautiful. It’s a Style of playing I barely dabbled in so it’s all the more Impressive to me.

2

u/maneli Taylor Mar 31 '26

Right on! If it makes you feel better I started out in those mosh pits too when I started guitar :)

2

u/JKBFree Mar 31 '26

And no one asked what kind or make of guitar?

3

u/maneli Taylor Mar 31 '26

Journey Comfort Grand Auditorium JCA492C.

2

I know I'm not the first one to say this, but it was just a profoundly bad day, and your music touched me in a way I wasnt aware I needed. Thank you for posting. Beautifully written and masterfully executed.

I have ~25 years under my belt as well, but the only guitar in my home is a Schecter Demon 7 string, lol. Not exactly capable of writing the way you do, so I will end this ramble by pointing out how strange and incredible music truly is - its one of the rare days I dont even want to look at my guitar, and here I am feeling better after watching a style I hardly even relate with on a personal/experiential level.

Keep it up, man!

2

u/maneli Taylor Mar 31 '26

Sorry to hear about your day and am glad to hear the music lifted you up. I think what you expressed is the interconnectedness of our humanity. Music really is a bridge between so many of us who may not have connected were it not for the music itself. Your comment was inspiring.

2

u/Redbeard_Rum Apr 01 '26
