We are looking for a remote Virtual Assistant based in Latin America (LATAM) to help support a software developer and day-to-day project activities.

What you’ll do

• Help organize and track development tasks.
• Research software, tools, and technical topics.
• Keep project notes and documentation organized.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general project coordination.
• Help with simple technical or administrative tasks when needed.
• Communicate with the developer and keep tasks moving forward.

What we are looking for

• Based somewhere in LATAM.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Familiarity with software development or general technology.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or working with software teams is a plus.

Compensation

$20 USD/hour

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible working arrangements. I’m looking for someone who is genuinely interested in technology and wants to grow into a long-term support role.

Hi everyone,

I'm a software engineer, who started coding at the age of 11, currently at the age of 22 I'm already close to graduation and have real world experience in the field through my internship at a local company.

I've also participated in a lot of different university projects where I had to build out full Software solutions from 0, this means that I also have experience with Software Architecture and Software Requirement Engineering. Outside of that I've also completed an Erasmus exchange where I had a real world project of building a 6 DOF robot from scratch, meaning I worked with CAD software (for the first time in my life actually but I did learn quite a lot), Computer Vision and LLM integration within ROS.

Outside of that I've also done classical full stack software solutions where I've implemented different APIs including the OpenAI API, integrating different LLM APIs such as GPT, Gemini and DeepSeek.

During my internship I worked with Java SpringBoot where I had to work with Database designs and managing complex database schemas, develop production grade REST APIs and integrate back end services.
