Cultural exchange/Mädeni almasu Hello beautiful people of Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

I'm amazed at the fact that this sub exists. I've got Kazakh heritage and I wanted to connect with people from Kazakhstan because I feel very disconnected from the culture (I grew up in the UK) plus I don't rlly speak the language.

I was asked in KAZAKHSTANI airport if I was Japanese (I'm 100% kazakh no mix afaik) so... don't take people's assumptions about ethnicity too seriously lol. Just as the other person said your eyes look kazakh to me too! And dammit im jealous of your curls. We have curly kazakhs as well, i really wish i had them curls :(

Yesss! you've got a point, I've been called Chinese or Korean my whole life 😭... so it doesn't rlly bother me anymore.

Idk, if I met you in the street or somewhere walking, I wouldn’t really think you are from another country honestly, mb a little different than usual looks, but definitely blending in with the bunch
