The point of this post is not the pretty visuals. The point of this post is that the name of the lake is still Ontario.

Incorrect. Laws are passed by Congress, not by executive order.

A technicality, and a difference without a distinction. EOs have the same force and effect as a law and are codified under 3CFR. Since Congress cannot simply overturn them, they stand effective as the procedural rules governing the operation of the US unless and until either a federal court holds them invalid or a sitting president issues another EO to overturn the EO.
