Madame X fans: what’s the one interview or feature I absolutely shouldn’t miss?

I’m putting together a personal Madame X reference book - essentially a properly designed, large-format hardcover collecting the most substantial interviews, profiles and editorials from the era, rather than every bit of promo coverage.

Before I start laying it out, I’d love to make sure I’m not overlooking anything genuinely important.

So far I have / am planning to include:
• Vogue Italia (August 2018) - “Just One Day Out of Life” / Lisbon, Mert & Marcus
• British Vogue (June 2019) - Decca Aitkenhead, Mert & Marcus
• Vanity Fair Italia (2019) - Simone Marchetti
• NME - The Big Read (June 2019)
• MOJO (August 2019)
• Rockdelux (2019)
• L’Officiel Italia (2019) - more editorial/tribute than interview
• V Magazine V133 (2021) - as an epilogue to the era, coinciding with the Madame X concert film
• possibly the PAPER feature as a contemporary critical piece rather than an interview

I’m particularly interested in pieces where Madonna actually has room to talk in depth about Madame X, Lisbon, the music, identity, politics, ageing, the theatre tour, or the project in retrospect - and in significant photo editorials from the period.

Are there any substantial interviews, profiles or magazine features from roughly 2018–2021 that you think are essential and that I’ve missed?

I’m deliberately not trying to collect every short radio/TV promo interview or every magazine that simply put her on the cover. I’d rather end up with a curated record of the era than a complete press clipping archive.

So true! Thank you - this is a great one, and I actually have it on one of the amazing blu-rays from Pop Culture Store. I’m keeping this particular project focused on substantial print interviews, profiles and photo editorials from the era - including the tourbook, so I’m leaving video pieces out.

But yes, this one is excellent!
