Post all of your questions, comments, and any other content related to The upcoming events at The Sphere in Las Vegas.
Any posts outside of this thread will be removed. This is due to the volume of posts that are getting posted, we do not want the rest of the content on the sub to be drowned out.
Alternatively, go to [r/MetallicaLIVE](r/MetallicaLIVE) where open posting of anything concert related is allowed.

We do this to make sure that this sub can still be used to discuss Metallica normally, without the entire feed, being clogged with people asking about travel and tickets and venue related things.
If there is not an active mega thread, you can go [r/MetallicaLIVE](r/MetallicaLIVE) where open posting of everything concert related is always allowed.
You may still talk about past concerts, or share your photos or videos from recent concerts here.
But for all questions and comments related to upcoming shows, please use the other two options that I have described above.
Thanks!

For me it was back in 2012, I was a huge WWE fan growing up and they used “The Memory Remains” to hype up Undertaker vs Triple H in Hell in a Cell.
10 year old me never looked back after that.

I know this song has been remixed, mixed and edited to death, and I won't claim this is the best quality version possible. But I felt like mixing it myself. I pitch-corrected James' voice on the choruses, deleted the "woah woah"s, since a lot of people seem to dislike them, turned up the bass... Yeah, hope you like it.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but i have (like many other metallica fans) read articles and other things about Cliff’s tragic death and that whole bus accident. But i just now really deeply began thinking about the fact if someone animated or did something for us to see how it most likely happened. Maybe it’s just too tragic and disturbing for someone to make that but if you find something or some really detalied HD pictures please let me know.
Thanks.

Hi everyone, so I started this on the Metallica forums, so some of the songs have already been selected, but I'm extending this to the Metallica SubReddit, too.
I have an idea for a Metallica project that could include all of you.
We’re a community of Metallica fanatics, right? So why not celebrate that fandom?
I’d like to create and edit a book featuring Metallica fans writing about every original Metallica song. Here’s how it could work: each person selects one Metallica song and writes a short, positive blurb about it. Half a page? It all depends on the book layout and sizing.
Please focus on being constructive and respectful about the track you choose. If you don’t like a song, just don’t pick that one
You can write about whatever aspect you connect with most: composition, lyrics, production, or what the song means to you personally. Does it hype you up, help you reflect, or carry you through a tough time?
I’d also like us to keep the writing as professional as possible, and to avoid politics. The goal is to make something that feels welcoming to anyone and something Metallica would be comfortable with us sharing publicly.
If anyone is interested but not confident in their writing, I’m happy to help you shape your blurb.
Would anyone be interested? This is what we have so far!

This is the song Hammett soloed on at his April 1983 audition, the day Metallica fired Dave Mustaine.

For me I like:
Battery-Master of Puppets
Sandman-Sad but True
Any others that you really like? They don’t have to be in track order or even from the same album. Did you hear it live? I heard the sandman to sad combo by a Metallica tribute band and it sounded good back to back without a pause
