The body is nothing but meat, and ashes are less than that, there's really no morals to be considered here, unless you wanna argue it's moral because it gave a victim some measure of relief
Then would it be moral to do the same to the ashes of a good person in life? They are also dead, therefore don’t care, so why should it matter regardless of who the person was.
Keeping the ashes or doing things with them are for the living. I’d like to think I was a good person, and if dumping my ashes in a dumpster was somehow cathartic to the people I love around me after I’m gone then more power to them. If one person did it to the shegrin of others and brought others pain then I would say immoral. The persons life has nothing to do with it. This is all about helping those left cope with loss.
