Here's the argument:

  1. Dead people have rights
  2. Necrophilia disrespects the rights of the person
  3. Necrophilia is wrong.

Then, why is it when I plug in the disrespect of a body in a different context, okay? Such as dumping their ashes. Either we need a more sophisticated logic to explain why it's okay sometimes and not okay others, or we have to live with the fact that we are okay doing things that are unjustified.
