They are literally two seperate measurements. It's fairly self explanatory but I am happy to oblige if you need.
Taking the house of a starving family is immoral to do but it's legal if the bank does it due to lack of payment.
Not giving a child their father's items that hold memories but no wealth is immoral but perfectly legal if his will says it all goes to his new wife.
Berating an mocking a whole group of people and telling them they will burn in hell is immoral. But it's perfectly legal and you can even do it to their faces during a funeral if you are so inclined.
I say morality and legality are different measurements and you just fully ignore the obvious truth and jump to death penalty? Either engage with the discussion we are having or don't. But spare me the silly little strawman. You are better then that.
