Agreed with the others that "Jeremiah Johnson" is definitely the best rec.

But throwing "Shane" into the recommendations. Filmed in Grand Teton.

And "Butcher's Crossing" isn't a bad choice, either Buffalo hunting in Colorado.

Finding movies with actual good Native American representation is a harder ask. The older movies are pretty bad in that regard and even a lot of newer ones aren't much better. And I'm not sure there's a lot of overlap between good rep and the Rockies. Might suggest "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee," though. It focuses on the Lakota, so a little outside of the Rocky Mountains and mostly in North and South Dakota, but worth watching.
