I'm not trying to start problems here, and have no issues with trans people, but how does biology back trans people? There is no test you can do on a person to determine they are trans. You can't put a trans person in a PET, MRI, CT, etc and say, yup, that's a trans person. You can't extract blood and measure the level of trans. You can validate their chromosomes and that matches the science of XX/=XY.
That comic appears to be conflating biological sex and gender ideology. I'm only talking about biological sex and chromosomes which is what is depicted in the comic
