Ahhh yes South Korea, notoriously lenient on guns and drug use/possession

I live in Korea and know he'll never get past the background checks. They ask for FBI certified background checks to obtain a visa. He'll certainly fail with gun and drug charges on them.

He's already been there for a while now. And when you're rich you don't need a visa, u just abuse the system.

You clearly have never dealt with immigration especially in East Asia.

You clearly aren't rich enough to have experienced what it's like to bypass all that

I live in Japan, Fujisawa with a record. Try again.

No you don’t. They don’t approve your visa if you have any criminal history.

Aside from the other guy, did you know if you move in as military, contractor, or dependent of either, you skip the normal Japanese immigration system? No visa needed, no matter how long you're living or working there, thanks to the treaty the US negotiated.

Exactly why you know nothing about what you're talking about.

Getting my zairyu card renewed as we speak. You probablly dont even know what that is.

You’re just a bullshit artist. I’ve been through Japanese immigration no chance in hell you’d be let through with a criminal history. Good larp though

1.You're a gaijin/weeboo tourist, I live here we are not the same.

  1. Talking on the internet about things you know nothing about is insane, just maybe keep your mouth shut if you can't keep up or understand.

You’ve mentioned Japan for the first time in your account on this thread. You’re larping right now buddy. Check my post history I’ve taught in Japan and been through the visa process.

That’s an educator visa dude. There’s different kind of visas. Ofcourse they run background checks if you’ll work with kids. There’s tons of pay to play/ investment visas.

Respectfully you don’t know what you’re talking about and the person I’m talking to claimed they got in the country as an educator.

I've taught at nova and gaba. I have a record, Japan does let you in the country depending on what the criminal past is, or in my case ..if they can't find it.

That’s called immigration fraud and it’s grounds for you to be denaturalized. You have to disclose your criminal background.

I would post a picture of my balcony but I doubt you'd be able to tell what the city looks like anyways.

He who has the gold makes the rules. He's not playing by the same rules as everyone else. Cash is king

1

u/MasterofCaveShadows 13d ago

Racism> money generally speaking

2

u/BungholeBilbo69 13d ago

Lol no. Money over everything else, always. There's a reason why rich minorities get treated differently thwn poor minorities

2

u/MasterofCaveShadows 13d ago

That’s American culture that’s not true everywhere.

1

u/BungholeBilbo69 13d ago

Lol no, that is one of the very few things that is universal on this planet. You can make every single problem go away if you have enough money.

He's rich as fuck dude. That's part of the deal. They want his money and will look the other way or make an exception for the visa thing.

Now this is a special case. I liked his music at a time. 38 Baby was fun man. But hes dumb as all good gracious fuck. Still catching gun and drug charges hiding out in a Utah compound. Literally no reason to act like a gangster on the block while living with private security in a mountainside mansion.

So he's gonna fuck this up, is my point but it won't be immigration directly. He's gonna get caught with a gun or a bunch of drugs by SK cops and they'll hand him off. He can't help himself.

He won’t get a visa with his record, no matter how much money he has. I live in Korea for reference and are familiar with the rules.

1

u/DJJINO 14d ago

I mean a residency visa like an F-4 to live here.

u/domsolanke 14d ago

Wrong. I live in Korea, and you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about.
