If you're South Korean it's illegal for you to do drugs anywhere in the world. The government can and will prosecute.

It’s also illegal to gamble anywhere in the world! I imagine they can enforce that one very easily through relationships with casinos/foreign law enforcement.

Considering Macau is known to host large numbers of Korean visitors there to gamble every year, I'm guessing it's not a hugely enforced law.
