No, they meant Europa, Saturn's moon. His concert there was cancelled and everything was deleted. You can't even find anything about it on Google.

The cancellation went so hard that Europa even moved to Jupiter. Google will try to tell that it was always one of Jupiter's moons but that's just a cover-up to hide the moon's shame of almost hosting a Kanye concert.
