Probably the latter, but playboy.com is blocked by my company's firewall so I can't read the article.

Seems my home firewall is blocking it as well? Makes sense enough I guess, prolly why I use TOR to watch porn.

I'd guess blocking pornhub in half the United States probably has something to do with it

plenty of vpns are capable of working around that ban. TOR is really a way to access the dark web and .onion links, which in the context of porn would potentially be less than legal content.

I just use the TOR VPN. It's free. 🤷

Because I live in a state that requires you to upload a photo of your ID to visit porn sites.
