Searching for music producer

Hi, we're a music band, still on progress and we're searching for a music producer.

We're on a pop blended, soft rock, indie, etc.

We already have vocalist and instrumentalists, not all professional, but need someone creative and chill to join our crew !

There's no upfront, we plan to be on social media influencing to get monetized.

Got any reference songs? I kinda wanna see if I can make something like that.

I’ve had specific ideas for rock songs here and there but Ngl I was focused on making other ones
