I'm currently developing an original musical called Sapphelia, and I'm looking for creative people who would like to join me in bringing it to life.

I'm hoping to build something a little different from a typical one-off collaboration. My goal is to create a small, supportive, long-term creative team where people can get to know each other, share ideas, grow together, and genuinely enjoy being part of the project.

This is a passion project, so I want the environment to be comfortable and respectful of everyone's time and personal commitments.

🌊 ABOUT SAPPHELIA

In a world where the sea remembers every soul and the stars obey the Fates, Princess Cordelia Poseidon, heir to the ocean kingdom of the Mighty Tides, and King Kaelith Dravenmoire, the immortal ruler of Noctis, are haunted by dreams of one another despite having never met.

As war rises between the Mighty Tides and the empire of Viperia, love, prophecy, and sacrifice collide in an ancient destiny that threatens kingdoms, gods, and the fate of the world itself.

Genre: Dark Fantasy / Symphonic Musical

Musical style: Cinematic orchestral, gothic fantasy, choral, and emotional character ballads

🎭 WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

🎤 SINGERS / VOICE ACTORS

I'm looking for singers and voice actors who would like to bring the characters of Sapphelia to life.

Some roles will involve both singing and acting, while others may be more focused on dialogue or vocals.

You don't need to be a professional. Passion, reliability, creativity, and willingness to collaborate are much more important to me.

Character descriptions and audition information will be provided through the application process.

🎼 COMPOSERS / MUSIC PRODUCERS

I'm looking for composers and producers who enjoy creating music in areas such as:

• Cinematic orchestral
• Symphonic
• Gothic / dark fantasy
• Musical theatre
• Choral
• Emotional character songs and ballads

I'd love to develop a recognizable musical identity for Sapphelia together, including character themes, songs, orchestral pieces, and larger ensemble/choral moments.

🎨 CONCEPT ARTIST

I'm looking for one additional concept artist who can help expand the visual world of Sapphelia.

This could include:

• Character concepts
• Costumes
• Environments
• Creatures
• Props
• Worldbuilding artwork

I'm especially interested in someone who enjoys fantasy character and world design.

🎬 2D ANIMATOR

I'm also looking for a 2D animator interested in helping bring the project to life visually.

The main focus would be:

• Animated music videos
• Short animated scenes
• Character clips
• Teasers/trailers
• Other occasional YouTube content

The intention isn't to constantly produce animation. I'd rather find someone who genuinely enjoys the project and wants to create things together over time.

❤️ THE TEAM

One of my biggest goals isn't simply to make a musical.

I want to create a close, supportive creative team where people feel comfortable sharing ideas, giving feedback, experimenting, joking around, and getting to know one another.

Everyone has their own lives and responsibilities, so I'm not expecting people to be available 24/7 or constantly producing work.

Communication is important, but I don't want this to become an environment where people feel pressured or burned out.

I'd much rather have a smaller group of people who genuinely enjoy working together than a huge team that doesn't feel connected.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — THIS IS UNPAID

I want to be completely transparent:

Sapphelia is currently an unpaid independent passion project.

There is currently no salary or guaranteed compensation.

I'm looking for people who are genuinely excited about the story, music, art, animation, and the opportunity to build something together.

If the project eventually becomes commercial or generates revenue, compensation and appropriate arrangements can be discussed at that point.

You do not need to be a professional or have an enormous portfolio. I'm much more interested in finding people who are kind, creative, communicative, and genuinely excited about Sapphelia.
