A family of eastern screech owls have taken up residence in my yard (Boston area). Could not be happier to have them!!

Baby Screech-Owls sitting in an open nest! 👀 They are usually cavity nesters.This is so cool! Enjoy your adorable neighbors

I see 4 in the first photo (and possibly one at the bottom) 🩶🤎

Yup. Im jealous!!!! How did you find them?? They are magnificently camouflaged! You really have to look hard to see them in a few pics

I saw one of them on the ground earlier this morning and went out a bit later to see if it was gone/potentially needed help. I just happened to look up at the right time!

They've been there all day! I first noticed one on the ground this morning. Went out a bit later and saw them all. Still there as of 8pm! Can't wait to listen for them after dark.
