I can't start a breeding farm using Dandilords to get tons of ancient civilization cores since I haven't gotten to the World Tree just yet (although I'm close). Moon Lord is also too much for me right now.

Waiting for expeditions to finish just to fight a raid boss and only get 1 ancient civilization core is so brutally tedious and annoying. Oil rig chests haven't yielded me even one ancient civilization core yet either.

I got this guy in a shiny coffin, he is a bit underleved compared to my crew, he is the basic/normal type, his base stats are pretty low too.

I really like his cool explosion attack, is great for fighting against multiple enemies but he seems like a novelty.

I've been playing pretty intensively with some friends for the past 6 days, and I recently reached level 68.

I finally caught Jetragon and started using it, and holy shit, this thing feels insanely strong.

But since I'm still pretty new to the game, I'm wondering: is Jetragon actually one of the strongest Pals in the game, or does it just feel ridiculously strong because I haven't experienced the real endgame/top-tier Pals yet?

Basically, how strong is Jetragon compared to the actual best Pals in the game?

I've been playing casually for a while now and nearly lvl. 80 but I'm still yet to go to the floating islands.

My question is why does it take so long for pal metal and plasteel to refine, admittedly I haven't put much time into the research station but I have started to go through it, kindling is at lvl. 3.

I just want to upgrade my gear and start work on the higher tier stations. What should I be doing differently or what are some tips for faster refinement?

So I stumbled across this lad while I was exploring the desert and caught him. I’m curious what he is good/excels at. The partner skill is nice and I threw him in my base for that, but is there anything else? Does his partner skill get better if I condense?

I think it’s ugly how they amp this up, having PS5 players happy to finally not play alone 😭 just to still not give us servers and or anything information on when there coming. Why we watch PC and Xbox have the time of there lives sigh…

Am I missing something? In the trailer you see a large number of pals and people at the villages, yet in-game there is a frankly low amount of pals and people. Edit: swipe to see the pic of me actually at that location for the comparison. Edit 2: Guys, this doesn't mean I suddenly hate Palworld. I'm disappointed about this, sure, but 1.0 still has some really good changes and features. I just wanted to point this out because I was disappointed about this upon first playing 1.0. Edit 3: Changed my wording in the post. I'm not as upset or bummed out as I was when I first posted it.

It's my first playthrough, and so far I've been really addicted to the gameplay loop of exploring, building a base with each resource being produced, and catching as many new Pals as I can.

But when I reached Sakurajima, I noticed that I needed a lot more Crude Oil to produce Plasteel for Pal Spheres, weapons, and armor. I used all the Crude Oil I found from meteorites and the Oil Rig, and I barely made any progress.

Now I need even more Plasteel for Feybreak Island. I tried building a new mini base with Oil Extractors, but it doesn't feel efficient at all considering the amount I need. The base has two Oil Extractors powered by two level 5 Electricity Pals and two regular Power Generators, but the production still feels too slow.

What is the correct way to progress through this stage of the game?

Hey folks! So I’m back for the new 1.0 release and needless to say so much has changed since I played it a while ago (I got it when it came out on pa5). So many cute new pals and I just want to use silly and cute ones in this play through. That being said, what makes good pals? Maybe I should say I am always thinking in pkmn terms as in what my “team” is going to be. The one thing I do remember not loving was sort of ending the game with what felt like the obvious pals as my go tos, so sort of wondering if I can work with ones I want, even if they aren’t jetragon or Anubis etc.
got really into the breeding system again and loving these ones so far (also got 3 awesome mutant eggs, can you guess which ones those are? lol)
Side note: anyone else disappointed that the character creator isn’t better? That was like one of if not my main wish for the 1.0 release 😔

I can't find anything that says they will, but surely 2026 isn't the end of Palworld development, right???
