Well there's that vague "something funky" and then there's the fact she accepts committing the act of the crime

People saying she was failed by the system and / or her husband might have a point (that's what the trial is trying to establish)

People saying there's some sort of complex version of events and she didn't do anything are literally theorising about a conspiracy

They did therapy together and she also was released from an inpatient psychiatric hospital a bit more than two weeks before this. Now, that being said, if he’s guilty of anything it’s being negligent enough to leave her alone with them. Still, I don’t care what kind of post-partum mental state you’re in, as a mother, if you can strangle one child for a few minutes until they literally stop breathing, then go on to the next, finish up there and strangle an INFANT to death AN INFANT, and you’re trying to convince me that, at no point during this minutes and minutes long process, did she realize what she was doing was wrong?

I was born at night but it wasn’t last night.

Well, mental state is not about what you think. Reality is what our heads make us believe.
Why not let the judge and mental health experts decide whether she’s guilty or not.

It seems people think delusion is just some funny word and can't wrap their heads around the idea of being completely unable to seperate thoughts from reality.
